Glass to Metal Seals: We have been making Kovar seals and tungsten seals on a production basis for over 25 years with high yields and a very low rejection rate.
Cutting and Polishing Glass
Hermetic Sealing: Through years of experience we can deliver glass to metal seals and glass to glass seals without leaks. We have sealed plastic assemblies in glass for liquid level indicators and metal components for corrosion studies. Tesla coil testing is available upon request.
Resale of Pyrex and Quartz products: many sizes available
ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY: We do not use hydroflouric acids to clean quartz. We recycle convoluted foam and chip board packaging, some of which has been in use for over 5 years.
